From enquiry to commissioning

Enquiry & specification
Send the model, quantity, destination port and any local regulations. We reply with a technical proposal and photographs of the exact configuration.
- 02
Quotation & contract
FOB Qingdao / Tianjin / Shanghai, CFR or CIF terms. Proforma invoice issued within one working day; contract in English with Incoterms 2020 wording.
- 03
Payment
30% T/T deposit and balance against B/L copy is standard. Irrevocable L/C at sight accepted for orders above USD 100,000.
- 04
Production & inspection
Build slot confirmed in writing. Photo and video reports at frame, paint and final assembly. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TÜV) welcome at any stage.
- 05
Loading & documents
Container lashing or RoRo booking handled in-house. Full set of B/L, packing list, commercial invoice, CO / Form E / Form A and CE declarations.
- 06
After-sales
12-month warranty on complete machines, spare parts kit shipped with the machine, remote commissioning on WhatsApp video and engineers dispatchable on request.

Freight & consolidation
Multiple factories, one bill of lading. We consolidate loaders, attachments and spare parts into the same container to cut your freight cost.
Export documentation
Certificates of origin, Form E / Form A, fumigation, CE declarations and customs pre-clearance paperwork prepared by our own documentation team.
OEM & customisation
Paint colour, decals, nameplate, voltage, cab layout, tyre pattern and hydraulic package can all be changed. Minimum order for OEM branding is one unit on most models.
Spare parts programme
Wear parts, filters, seals and hydraulic components held for every model we ship. Air freight for urgent items, sea freight for stock replenishment.
Flexible payment
T/T, L/C at sight, D/P and escrow through a Chinese bank. Trade assurance documentation available for first-time buyers.
Local dealer support
Exclusive territory agreements, dealer pricing, marketing images and manuals in English, Spanish, French, Russian and Arabic.
