Can I mix products from different factories in one order?

Yes — that is the point of the hub. We consolidate loaders, attachments, winches and spare parts from all six plants into a single contract, a single invoice and, where volume allows, a single container.

How long is a quotation valid?

Thirty days for machines in production and fifteen days for steel-intensive products such as cranes and tank bodies, because raw material prices move.

Do you accept trial orders?

Yes. Most first-time buyers start with one machine plus a spare parts kit, then move to container quantities once the equipment has proven itself.

Which payment terms do you accept?

30% T/T deposit with 70% against a copy bill of lading is standard. Irrevocable L/C at sight is accepted above USD 100,000. D/P and bank escrow can be arranged case by case.

Which Incoterms do you quote?

FOB Qingdao, Tianjin or Shanghai by default. CFR, CIF and DAP to most destinations are available on request with a named discharge port.

Is the price negotiable for dealers?

Yes. Dealer pricing with territory protection applies from three units per model per year, and includes marketing images, manuals and technical training.

How are machines packed?

Small machines are crated or shrink-wrapped on steel skids; loaders and trucks are lashed directly to the container floor or shipped RoRo. Exposed rods and glass are protected and a lashing report is photographed before sealing.

How long does delivery take?

Stock mini excavators ship in 7 to 15 days; loaders 15 to 25 days; tank trucks and cranes 30 to 45 days depending on drawing approval. Sea transit is quoted per route.

Can you handle customs documents?

Yes — bill of lading, commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, Form E / Form A, CE declaration and fumigation certificates are prepared in-house.

What warranty is provided?

Twelve months or 1,000 working hours on complete machines, whichever comes first, covering structural and manufacturing defects. Wear parts are excluded.

Can I inspect before shipment?

Always. We send photo and video reports at frame, paint and final assembly, and welcome SGS, BV, TÜV or your own inspector at any stage.

How do I get spare parts later?

Every model has a parts list with our internal codes. Urgent items go by air within 48 hours; routine replenishment travels with your next machine order.

Do you provide installation and training?

Overhead cranes and larger equipment can be commissioned by our engineers on site at cost. For most machines we run remote commissioning over WhatsApp video with English manuals and step-by-step films.

Can machines carry my own brand?

Yes. Paint colour, decals, nameplate and manual cover can be changed from one unit; moulded plastic parts require a larger volume.

Can you adapt to local regulations?

Left- or right-hand drive, 50/60 Hz electrics, 220/380/440 V, ROPS/FOPS canopies, road lighting packages and emission levels can be specified per market.
